Open Windows Explorer

once you have windows explorer open click on view at the top and verify that hidden Items is checked.

Navigate to C: Drive

 

In the C: drive you will notice a folder named programData. (this is not visible unless you follow the steps above to make hidden items visible)

Open ProgramData Folder

 

Navigate to the ProgramData folder and open the AAT folder. (Note: This folder is created only after the software is launched for the first time, and the license dialog appears.)

Open aat Folder and Delete Files

 

After opening this folder, you will see one, two, or three bin files. To start fresh, delete all the files in this folder. Once the files are deleted, restart CAPPS-NC or CAPPS-DMIS.

This folder should now look blank after deleting files

Restart CAPPS-NC or CAPPS-DMIS

 

now you should have a blank Installation window for you license information.
